
I. Summary
From Stress to Strength_Unlock Mental Tools and Movement for Personal Flourisment
This 10-day training course is designed to equip youth professionals with practical tools to transform stress into inner strength, using an integrated approach of yoga, movement, and cognitive writing therapy. Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles, the program addresses four key elements—emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs—to foster mental resilience and self-awareness.
Through experiential learning, participants will explore emotional regulation, mindset reframing, intentional actions, and core belief transformation. Daily yoga and movement themes are paired with cognitive writing exercises, empowering participants to apply these techniques in their daily lives and act as their own therapist.

- Mind-Body Practices: Yoga flows, meditation, and mindfulness techniques to connect the body and mind.
- Stress Reduction Tools: Breathing techniques, guided relaxation, and self-care strategies.
- Interactive Learning: Partner work, group dynamics, and creative movement activities to reinforce learning.
- Authentic relating: Make your relationships deeper and more positive with non-violent communication, principles of improvisation comedy, and acroyoga.
- Less stress through more clarity: Ikigai, Design Thinking, Circle of influence, Eisenhower Matrix, building your own repository for clarity-creating questions.

VII. Costs & fees
This project is co-funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. Maximum travel reimbursement: 28 EUR to 580 EUR (not green travel) OR 56-785 (green travel), based on distance and means of transportation, per person. (approval needed before buying tickets after being selected).
We encourage personal accountability and ownership. Based on your financial capacity we suggest a sliding scale of 60-80 Euro for the host organization. (non refundable) You can choose the best fit for you.
