Programmes

We organize and collaborate in activities at local, national and international level. In our work we use non-formal educational and experiential learning methods. With a strong international network we collaborate with professional educators, coaches and organizations from Europe and worldwide. 

Throughout our projects we provide opportunities for young people and adults to travel, to learn, share and grow experiences in non-formal educational setting. Mostly we work with Erasmus+ , which is the EU’s programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. Beyond this we do also various tailor made educational activities that support migrants and people’s inclusion to the society who have fewer opportunities. Our key topics include topics such as lifestyle coaching, sustainable and green living, mindfulness, education through sport (Yoga, AcroYoga, Contact improvisation, Traditional sports),  skills development (leadership, self- and community, intercultural and interpersonal, social, communication etc.).

We believe in contributing to a more active and inclusive, physically and mentally happier and healthier society. By creating common ground for understanding via various intercultural experiences we support peace and sustainable social, economical and environmental  development.
