
I. Summary
Elemental Power Training Course
is a practical, experiential project focused on balance and harmony in life.
From gentleness to strength. From silence to movement. From structure to flow.
The project works with movement, breath, meditation, and dance, as well as with the elements. Everything is guided through a playful and experimental approach that supports natural learning through the body.
It aims to cultivate understanding and embodied experience of the elements within us and to establish balance between two fundamental forces in a human being:
the active and the restful, the expansive and the regenerative.
Balance is understood as the ability to respond flexibly.
I. Project Structure
1. Introductory Phase – Safety, Boundaries, Shared Space
The first days focus on:
• creating a safe and stable environment
• setting clear personal and group boundaries
• creating a shared space for community sharing
• getting to know one another
• simple, playful movement and breathing tasks that support trust, body orientation, and presence
This phase creates a solid foundation for the work that follows.
2. Working with the Elements
The following phase focuses on the elements within us and around us:
• earth – stability, support
• water – flow, adaptability
• fire – energy, intention
• air – space, lightness
The elements are explored through direct experience, movement, and attention, rather than theoretically.
II. Target Group
- Youth workers and leaders;
- Individuals motivated about Lifelong-Learning & Self Development;
- Educators, trainers, and coaches working with youth or adults
III. Way of Working
The project emphasizes active participation and personal experience.
Tools used:
• conscious work with the body
• breath
• meditation
• emerging from silence
• Five Elements Qigong – cultivation of energy and inner coordination
• Animal Flow – strength, mobility, stability, fluidity
• improvised movement and dance as a space for exploration
Playfulness serves to:
• release control
• expand movement possibilities
• enable direct experience of the qualities of each element
Form of Collaboration
• individual work
• group work
• circle communication as a structured tool for community sharing

VII. Costs & fees
This project is co-funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. Maximum travel reimbursement: 28 EUR to 580 EUR (not green travel) OR 56-785 (green travel), based on distance and means of transportation, per person. (approval needed before buying tickets after being selected).
We encourage personal accountability and ownership. Based on your financial capacity we suggest a sliding scale of 70-90 Euro for the host organization. (non refundable) You can choose the best fit for you.
