This project offered the necessary tools to our youth workers to be able to find help, support and teach
young people different employment alternatives. We
promoted the development of skills necessary for life, both professional or personal, while giving
tangible options to develop projects that allow young people to launch their business idea.
Our focus was on first-hand tools, on promotion of critical thinking and self-confidence to believe in one’s self.
We engaged with tools needed for participants support for self-employment
and/or self-knowledge, sense of initiative, courage and peer support in a safe, friendly and comfortable environment of non-formal educational setting.
Here you can enjoy the summary video prepared by the participants on how this one week was spent.
